Soft tissue edema over the lateral aspect of ankle along with a history of trauma points towards ankle sprain which requires medication, proper rest, immobilization of the ankle, ice therapy.
You need not to worry about Calcaneal spur
As far as you are not having pain in the heel area.

A friendly suggestion. We as doctors as supposed to treat patients not their reports. Kindly mention what is troubling you and since when. Some details about your weight height and other medical issues. Physically checking the patient for alignment and muscle tone etc is important. All these matter in treatment.
