CA Penis 4th Stage. Relief on breathing!

My dad is currently suffering from CA penis 4th stage and mild brain stroke need help to know if there is any treatment which can cure him or provide ease in his final weeks Currently for mild brain stroke he is on blood thinners like ecosprin and atorva For CA penis he is completed three cycle of tip chemotherapy which has not benefited much and now cancer is in advanced stage where it is spreading to other parts and he is suffering from breathing issues(pnemonia) and legs are getting swollen and no proper motion movement and want to sleep for long time When checked with doctors here they are saying it is because of advanced cancer stage we know this but no one is helping on how to provide ease for breathing please if any one can help please Any medicines or injections which can provide good relief on breathing
