Hello Yes ayurvedic treatment is proven effective to cure ,heal, to provide strength to muscular skeletal system. At this age of 32 yrs it's early degeneration or due to trauma . Both have cure in Ayurveda . Therapies like basti , pindaswed etc are recommended as per symptoms along with internal medicines for min 3-6 months depending on reports
