C section post bleeding on and off
Hi Doctor Had my c section on Jan 20 2024, the bleeding completely stopped for last two days . But today since evening bright red bleeding started again. Is it normal ? And filling pad in few hours. Please help

Bleeding post C section upto 6 weeks can be considered normal. But if you’re changing more than 2-3 pads per day and if the bleeding is heavy,kindly consult your doctor immediately.

Bleeding can occur on and off for upto 42 days. But if is more like you have to change pad every 2 hours you should consult a gynaecologist
