When I sit for sometime my buttock started paining.i m a teacher in a school .so when I sit for sometime the middle portion of my buttock started paining.i observe it from 3 days back.

You need to correct your posture while sitting. Also do some exercises for streching.
Avoid prolonged sitting. Avoid keeping wallets on back-pocket of your pants.
You also need to take medicine for a few days.
