I have been suffering from butt acne for several years. A year back I used benzoyl peroxide gel. It slightly controlled it. After discontinuing it and I started using salicylic acid body wash. Now I am getting severe butt acne and its scars are there. My Butt is very pigmented and very rough with acne, acne scars and bumps. I have attached the images of it. Kindly tell me a solution for recovery.

Butt acne and pigmentation can be treated effectively with targeted skincare and medications. I recommend gentle exfoliation using salicylic acid or lactic acid-based body washes and applying benzoyl peroxide for active lesions. Regular moisturizing with non-comedogenic products will help reduce roughness.
