Bursitis/Tendonitis
I had a left shoulder injury while working working out at a gym around 5 years ago. Upon doing a MRI it was founded that the bursa had inflated giving pain as well as few tendons were damaged. I had gone through medicine's, multiple rehab sessions, physio sessions, mild workouts at home. However, my body says it's still not 💯 and I still feel the tingling sensational from time to time upon exercising it a bit. I am planning to get back to shape and workouts this year. What can be a permanent solution for this..? Cortisone Injection? Pls advise. Thanks.

You have to first evaluate the flexibility of the muscles around the joint. Check this by comparing the ability to move your left with your right shoulder; reaching back/up, crossing the front, reaching to clean yourself, ability to slap someone or throw a ball and other things. The tingling in all probability is due to the stretch that happens on the stiff muscles.
Next Steps
do appropriate stretching exercises and work in an ergonomic manner so that further flexibility compromise doesn't happen.
