Burnt wound
My son is 2.4 yrs, today morning he spilled hot rice on his right feet as soon as I saw I applied coconut oil but after sometime the wound is filled with water. Whether the wound will go by itself in some days or medication is required? My son cried for few minutes when it burnt now he is absolutely fine doing his normal activities. Thanks in advance.

Hello You can apply silverex gel and topical antibiotic like mupirocin ,keep the wound dry
Next Steps
Please be cautious about other hot items keep the child away from iron boxes plugs and switches , and any chemicals like detergents toilet cleaners etc , as children this age are very feisty and curious and more prone to injuries
