Burning skin sensation

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I have a burning skin sensation that started on the upper right side of my buttocks 3 days ago and it has spread to my hip, lower right side of my back and right side of my pelvis there is no rash, bruises or marks what so ever and my clothes causes pain. I've tried heating pad and ice and it only made it worse. What could it be and what can I do
