Burning sensation with pain

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I am suffering with burning sensation and pain over lateral side of my back and last night I took citrizine and diclofenac pills but it didn't helped me I also have Thyroid problem since 8 years and I regularly take thyronorm 50mcg Please help me to know about the cause of the pain and solution for this
