Your burning sensation and stomach tightness are somatic symptoms which caused due to internal stress and negative emotional reactions to stressful situations. Medicines mainly work on the symptoms not the root cause, I would suggest to consult a Psychologist or Psychotherapist also and work on the causes of your stress.
