Hi Dr. Am having burning sensation while urinating.. And its coming frequently.. So many suggested that it is due to heat and junk foods.. Please help me with this.. What to eat and how to eat???

Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Drink adequate water. Take citrus fruits. Check for Urine infection and diabetes.
