Burning sensation in the eyes, headache
I take online classes because of this I have burning sensation in my eyes and a little headache.I got it checked by the doctor, he told me that the number in the left eye is 0.25 and the number in the right eye is 1.  I got it checked by the doctor, he told me that the number in the left eye is 0.25 and the number in the right eye is 1. And there is a slight dryness in the eyes, then my eyes will become normal as before, what should I do for this And in how many days my eyes will become normal, what should I eat and wear blue ray cut glasses or this number glasses so please suggest and answer my all questions Report attach in the photo corner

You can go ahead with blue blocking lenses if you work a lot in night time which may affect your circadian rhythm or else normal anti glare with UV protection should suffice For dryness you can use lubricants like Refresh Liquigel 4 times a day

Yes you can use Blue filter glasses. While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Maintain right posture while using computer. Keep yourself hydrated. Blink more often.

Pl use Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 3times a day.pl continue using glasses,with blue filters.pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
