Burning sensation in feet and palm

Hi Doctor, I met you last month for pain in lower left side chest while stretching and you asked me take Pregamet SR for 30 days. Just four days of tablets left to complete the course, I have been getting burning sensation in the feet and plam. I just skipped the tablet for two days due to cold and cough. Booked an appointment today to meet you, but unfortunately couldn't come due to tiredness. Just wanted to know if this is normal.
