Greetings persistent burning during urination for two weeks despite a normal ultrasound, urine routine, and culture report. Since a urinary tract infection is ruled out by the normal culture, the symptoms resemble and are consistent with non-infectious causes of pediatric dysuria. Wash the private area after each urination look for phimosis

Hello, I need a little more information. Is there any history of fever, flank pain, or abdominal pain? Does your child have constipation? How is the frequency of urination? Is there a habit of holding urine for long periods? Have you noticed any discharge from the genital area? Since he is already on medication, please continue the prescribed course. Ensure he stays well hydrated and maintains good genital hygiene. If the burning sensation persists despite treatment, it would be advisable to repeat a urine culture after consulting your pediatrician.
