Burning sensation and pain

I'm getting chest pain often and at times both hands or left hand and severe upper back pain
From past 3 days same problem with lil jaw and cheek and beauty bones burning sensation
So got ecg echo and lipid - all report fine and had got tmt in Dec 23 it was also fine .. I get worried when I get chest pain so got test and have got echo thrice in last year all were fine but not sure why this symptoms
I delivered baby 1.5 years back and post that I have started facing this (still breast feeding)
What do you all think the problem is??

Could be musculoskeletal or gastritis, consult physician.
