Burning sensation- 35 weeks pregnant

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Having burning sensation in right palm of hand since last night, what could be the reason, before even I had the same, but then I had neurobin, later on it subsided, now for iron I am having Rariset, yesterday I missed the dose, may b that could cause the burning sensation, please let me know the reason, I have my check up tomorrow.I am 35 weeks 4 days pregnant.
