Burning scrotum

Asked for Male, 41 Years

Hi for last 6 months i suffered from fissure for which i had to take sitz bath in warm water. Now i have a burning scrotum. I have diabetes as well. My right side of scrotum is painful and basement i.e upperend is painful. Plz help me. I am mentally frustrated.
