You have a history of pain in both your knees .. Though your mri report ( ? Which knee left or right ) shows ? Mucoid degeneration in one of your ligaments a detailed history is required in your case to reach up to a particular diagnosis .. It can be a pathology of spine that is presenting as pain in your knees or vascular claudication or a pathology of your knees itself .. Detailed history will rule out the cause
Next Steps
You should consult to provide a detailed history on your ailments .
