Burning in mouth, sides, tongue, left

Asked for Female, 43 Years

My mom has severe burning in the mouth, throat, tongue, on the side and this is left sided only. She also has metallic taste in the mouth. Sometimes while talking she feels the saliva drooling on the left side. This happens throughout the day. Not related to an.y particular food or time. Have visited multiple doctors such as ENT, dentist, cardiologist, homeo, etc., but no relief. Has been going on for past 2 years, but no doctor has been able find the reason for this and no curable treatment. Please help
