My eyes burn all day and night but they are not dry. I even did a CT scan to rule out sinus. The report is fine but indicates a deviated septum on the left side. I feel sick and tired with burning eyes all day but I am not sick.

Are you a regular computer user if so you are likely to develop computer vision syndrome for which put some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids and take some antioxidants cap once daily eg revital one cap daily

Most common cause of burning sensation is dryness but as you mentioned you don't have dryness.
It is very difficult to comment without examining you
