Burning behind shoulder
When I am taking my first hand of food I am getting burning behind the shoulder when I ate some curd I feel slightly better

Not many people will get pain in such area for gastritis.better to visit internal medicine / general physician for other causes of pain in a good hospital with high quality infra structure.

Hi.... It could be due to mild gastritis..... Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.... .Avoid alcohol. Alcohol can irritate the mucous lining of your stomach... Manage stress. Stress may make your gastritis symptoms worse..... Consult physician for further evaluation....
