Burn fats and weight loss
I am 39years old with 5.6 inches tall and 79 kgs. I am going to gym. But due to work commitments I am not able to complete full week of training(cardio and gym). I want to reduce and burn body fats and gain proper fitness , strength and flexibility according to my height and age. I have stopped consuming outside eatables and eat only home cooked food. Currently my diet goes as follows: 1 cup warm water and fruit/biscuit Gym After gym and taking shower 1/4 cup tea, 2 Chapati and veg. Then in office little tea. Then lunch 2 Chapati and veg and little salad. Evening snacks - plain flattened rice (Poha) or kurmura or 1fruit. Then at home 2rotis and veg. I am not understanding why I am unable to shed weight. I don't want to look like a body builder. Just proper fitness, strength and flexibility.

It's always better to make your own diet plan according to your availability...First and foremost you must understand losing your weight is a very gradual process. You should have strong determination and patience if you want to lose weight. And it cannot happen suddenly. Losing too mich suddenly is also not good for health. You have to follow a strict diet and exercise schedule. Regarding diet - have small multiple meals instead of 3 big meals, eat food rich in proteins and fibres like egg white boiled chicken vegetables fruits pulses, avoid carbohydrate rich foods like rice curds oily foods sweets ghee and other junk food. Regarding exercises - start slowly with brisk walking, then change over to jogging, running and other abdominal exercises. Never over strain yourself. And always keep yourself well hydrated and enjoy whatever you do...consult dietitian they will do the needful
