Sir whenever i go for stools i feel burning sensation a.nd it also fells like some kind of needle is there which is hurting me from inside and i also want to inform you that there is no bleeding and i am having prolonged constipation problem. Plz advise.

hello there.
you might be suffering from fissure in ano.
there's what you can do.
have high fibre food like oats, cabbage etc
, drink lots of water, avoid oily and spicy foods, have a cups of curd everyday.
for further help, consult a surgeon.
