Suffering with burning sensation in chest,pain on back breast bone and shortness of breath.after having coffee couldn't tolerate burning sensation on chest.no history of wheezing and asthma but feeling short ness of breath.i m 29 yrs old woman.what is the diagnosis for my symptoms ?what is the treatment?

Don't worry mam, most probably it's due to Acidity/gastritis Take Antacid eg: Rabeprazole DSR 20 minutes before food and 10ml Sucrafil syrup Twice a day
