Bumps or sores on tongue
These sores or bumps appeared about 3 days ago I don't know what caused them but they hurt when I put pressure on them

If its just appeared, avoid hot, citric and spicy food. Drink lots of water. Avoid using a tongue cleaner and use mild toothpaste. Rinse your mouth well after food.. If you have any gastric acid regurgitation problem, check with a gastroenterologist Usually takes 1-2 weeks to subside. If very painful, your dentist can give you topical gel. If it persists beyond 2 weeks, do see your dentist
