Bumps on tongue and white fiber like
Hi, I have bumps at backside of my tongue and white fiber like on tongue from past 2 months.swollen lymph node on right side of neck and ear pain for some times. Consulted ent doctor regarding this taken medication antibiotics,nukast 10 mg,nexapro but there is no improvement in symptoms. Due to lockdown not able to visit hospital ,Plz advice me

This is due to bruxism(Grinding of tooth ) .If u feeling stressed this occurs. Night guard may be suggested to stop this habit. But needs to be examined. teeth may be grinded little bit to relive pain and to reduce traumma occured in the tooth

Bumps in the tongue are suggestive of excessive grinding of teeth while sleeping. Some grinded teeth can be noticed More information is required

Take Capsule Becosules Z-30 0-1-0 after food Tab Brufen 600-10 1-0-1 after food Tab Fdson spor/Folispor-10 1-0-1 after food Apply Dologel-CT 3-4 times daily on the affected area Do Betadine 2% Gargle 2 times daily Did your ENT advice you with Valsalva Maneuver? It may give you some relief.

Get back after 3 days if swelling persists. Do not blow your nose too hard, it causes earache.

Avoid hot/spicy/sour foods. Eat plenty of green vegetables and fruits except banana. Drink warm water.

Seems to be mild candidiasis. - Candid mouth paint . - Rexidine Mforte gel if any burning sensation . - Proper tongue scrapping is needed regulary - Quit any form of tobacco use. Rest all bumps are normal nothing to worry.

Looks like tongue papillae.. Its normal and need not worry.. Avoid smoking if you do..
