I have red bumps on the head of penis for more than a year now. No itching, no pain. Have history of unprotected oral sex. Got tested for herpes and HIV when I had noticed it first but nothing came in report. Doctor said it's nothing to worry but I am not fully convinced. Can there be STDs that do not show any symptoms?

Hi. This doesn't seem to be anything significant. However please see a qualified venereologist/ dermatologist is any issues continue. Please make sure you use protection / practice safe sex even during oral sex to avoid STDs and infections. Warm regards, Dr Govind S Mittal, Therapeia Skin Hair and ENT centre, Bengaluru
