Bumps on both side of ton

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I have lesson or bumps on both side of tongue (bilateral but not symetric) but wrost on right from 8 weeks. Painless but feel burning sensation on right. Fell jaw pain and erritation on throat. It's enlarged foliate papillae or Any other thing or any chance of cancer. Please suggest.
