  4. Bump under armpit. To make it go away?

Bump under armpit
I have a very painful lump under my arm that does not move . I noticed it about a week ago when it was what I thought was a small pimple so I️ tried to pop it and it got worse from there . Ever since I️ tried to pop it it has grown and now it’s painful how to make it go away
