Bump on toenail.
There's a small ridge or raised bump on my toenail. Only on my big toenail. It is small, shiny, painless and hard. The nail is bumpy due to this. It is so hard to touch it seems like it is a part of the nail and nothing beneath the nail or part of skin. It feels like nail only. As if my nail has thickened up and formed a bump. Also in one side, the corner of the nail is whitish along the full length if the nail. All my other nails are healthy.
