Bump on penis head.
I have a bump on penis head for about 2 weeks it has not increased not reduced and i guess it has some white fluid filling, I had visited a few urologists one of them asked me for VDRL, HIV and urinalysis, all reports were fine, then he told the treatment, but i did not have any improvement, i visited another one, he also said a treatment but still i did not have any improvement, what should i do ?
