I have a small bump on my eyelid and it hurts my whole eye and my cheek. I can barely open my eye without pain

I think you are having chalazion in upper eye lid related with meibomian gland. It can be removed with minor surgery without leaving any scar on the skin .You should have shared photos of eyelids for diagnosis
