Apply antibiotic ointment locally over lid margins
C. Take systemic antibiotic
It will take atleast a week for recovery

It looks like a chalazion. Do hot fomentation 2-3 times in a day. Maintain good lid hygiene. U can apply antibiotic ointment locally. If it's painful u may take painkillers.

its not clear in the picture and on closer examination we will be able to make out if there is a punctum or not.
it could be a stye or something called a chalazion.
you need to consult a ophthalmologist for further evaluation and management of this condition.
