Hi i have a bump on my right breast and sometimes i feel a sudden pain around that area . Can it be a symptom of cancer and should i get it checked

it may be fibroadenoma, common in this age, its not cancer, better once take mammogram, or breast scan in homoeopathy we have better medicins of it
