Bump near nose
I have attached my face image where u can see a bump is grown near the nise from the last 1 month. Please tell me what it is? I don't think it is a pimple because it doesn't show any white acne.

Apply zimba cream twice day leave it for long time
Persol AC 2.5 gel on acne just for 1/2-1hr daily in the evening
Moisturex hydra cream twice bd as a mosturizer
Tablet Azee 500 three days continuous a week for 2 weeks
