Bump/blister near butt crack

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I've a bump/ blister near the upper butt crack. It's like one of those pimples that won't pop but it causes discomfort while sitting or lying on your back. Im a little busy so going to the doctor anytime soon looks a bit difficult. Is there an easy home remedy for it? Could it be an outcome of an allergic reaction to some kind of food? Thanks in advance!
