  4. Bump below head. To get rid of this?

Hello Doctor, My sister has 2 small bumps below her back of the head and 1 below jaw.Could you please let me know what should she take to get rid of this? She had cholestrol.But lately she was not taking any medicines as that was under control. Thanks
