Bulla can due to copd(bronchial asthma,bronchiectasis etc),lung infection .Treatment plan will depend upon your clinical condition(respiratory rate,blood gases,progression or stastus quo of bullae.Sometimes brochoscopic intervention is done too.Cost of treatment depends on hospital chargesntreatment given,etc.Typically a physician and pulmonologist will be involved in treating you.
