Lungs pain
Sometimes I get right lung pain 1week continuesly, go away for few days and again get back pain 1week or 2-3 days. It's is procedure happening consistantly from past 7-8 months. So, I took COVID test, TB test, sputum test and even ECG test, hopefully all the reports are fine... I don't understand why I'm getting this pain consistantly, please refer me whom to consult...

Looks like muscular pain from intercostal and pectoral muscles. See if your daily activities have some specific posturing, or weight lifting making more use of right arm and shoulder. Try to sleep in correct posture, may be you sleep on your belly turned down tilted to right.

I hope you have not got all these tests done as a part of self medication. Please consult with a General Physician first and then let him decide what tests should be done. I still feel that a proper clinical examination will reveal your diagnosis and then proper treatment can be started.
