Bulky uterus with subserosal lesion
I have pain in my back and abdomen since three months.In transvaginal ultrasound it showed bulky uterus (97×58×76mm) and ill defined hypoechoic subserosal lesion (30×27mm) seen on left side at funds.I experience pain in my back and abdomen on left side.Is this pain due to lesion seen? and suggest me the treatment option.

Hi, no this pain might have some other reason, get urself checked by ur doctor. Also for ur lesion u can start with homoeopathy treatment.
