Bulky uterus
I have so much pain and heavy bleeding in my periods .My uterus is bulky & ante- verted. A hypoechoiec lesion in posterior wall measuring 13×14mm. Size of uterus is 88×55×62mm. Endometrium is thick. Thickness -11mm. The whole impression is bulky uterus with small intra-mural fibroid. Endometrial hypertrophy. Free fluid in pelvis -pid. What should i do with this condition ? Should I consult gynaecologist ? Give me suggestions please .
