Hi,
My aunty (49years) is having a bulky uterus (17*13*8) CM with multiple fibroids ( largest one is 70mm ) She's taking medications. However there isn't any excessive bleeding or pain or any other symptoms. Can anyone please suggest how severe is this or if surgery is mandatory or can we continue with medications till menopause occurs?

The fibroid will not vanish by drugs or any medication. If she has no complaint you can carry on without any treatment. But she has any complaint, you have to treat it by surgery. You can follow up with 6mthly or yearly sonography to see if there is any increase in size.
