Bulging disc issues
Dear sir/ madam, I am a female, about 29 years old. I am suffering from extreme lower back ache since long time, went to different doctors but with no result. On august 2017, I have been diagnosed with bulging disc issues after going through MRI scan. But I was suggested with some steroids and pain killers along with some advices not to bend, not to carry any load etc. My pain subsided for the time being. I followed the suggestions on a daily basis. But since last 12 days, again the pain relapsed and now again I can't move a bit. Pains like hell. I am married since 2016, with no issue till now. Please help. Thanks in advance, regards
