Hi doctor im 29 yrs old female, i have 3 yr old child (cesarean sec), ive had on n off attacks of backpain since 10 yrs and history of fall 10 yrs back (down the stairs).. since last few months have backpain radiating to my right leg with occasional tingling sensation on leg n buttocks.. attaching my MRI report. Is this curable? Right now im unable to sit sleep bend or take care of my baby.. will this improve.. what shall i do for this? What should i avoid to avoid worsening the condition? Should i wear belt? Thanking you in anticipation.
