Bulge in left side lower back

Asked for Male, 24 Years

On my lower back, When I touch I feel something inside around 5cm. The area is bulged.. but no pain when I touch. What it could be?! Don't know whether it's growing or fixed size. It's doesn't bother me but I'm concerned about what it could be and the consequences. Thanks.
