Buldging disc

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I am dealing with building disc issue from last 2 years. From last 2 years i am undergoing treatment.. I have visited best orthopaedic, chiropractor, Ayurvedic treatment, physiotherapist. From last 3 months i am undergoing physiotherapist treatment but no relieve in pain. Please helpful..i am unable to sit or stand for atleast 1 min

Please specify your symptoms. Buldging discs per say do not need any treatment. If you have pain in your thigh and leg which worsens on walking then you may need surgery
