Pls dont give attention to cheack bite aur gutka scar cause its improving day by day ...there is a white film on mucosa upper line and small black spots ...there is only 2 question i want to ask ...pls suggest whatever you think but if possible answer this question by keeping in mind that i have osmf
1)does this infection osfm effect submandibular lymp node which is under the jaw ..just below wisdom tooth ...does osmf sweel lymph node ...?
2)does very early detection of osmf can be cured completly by lycopene like lycored ...and antioxident like sm fibro...vitamin a....b complex ...c and iron with corticosteroid oinment ..and total brake to betel tabaco and alcohol...can it be cured totaly ...?

From the medication which you are taking currently, it seems that you have paid a visit to your dentist.
1)after seeing the pictures you have included along with your question, it seems that it is highly unlikely that osmf would have involved your submanidibular lymph nodes.
2) Yes, osmf can be treated in early stages by
-Removal of adverse habits like gutka, tobacco and pan chewing.
-And intake of sm fibro tablet, lycopene rich food like tomato etc., and corticosteroids gel.
Next Steps
You should consult your dentist immediately if possible, if you feel that you have restricted mouth opening. Till then avoid the intake of any form of pan masala, gutka, tobacco.
The medication you are currently taking can be continued.

1) Osmf only deals with the buccal mucosa (inside portion of the cheek) making it fibrous and resluts in reduced elasticity ---} Reduced mouth opening . It has nothing to do with lymph nodes .
2) Yes in early detection , removal of all.form to beetle nut ( gutka,paan)
Medicines suche as Smfibro ,lycored,oxitard + mouth opening exercises works like magic ,but it is time taking so be patient .

1)No this condition doesnot affect submandibular lymph nodes.
2)Yes in its initial stage OSMF can be treated by taking all medications,ointments and habit breaking.
Next Steps
submandibular lymph nodes swell up by many reasons fever,advance lesions,decayed tooth etc. but not osmf

2. It can be completely cured if on its very early stage.
1.It doesn't affect submandibular lymph nodes unless it's in very advanced stage and almost transforming into malignancy.
Submandibular nodes can be infected which manifests as swelled up and painful sometimes, DUE to various reasons.
Any infection related to head and neck region(incliding teeth infection) secondarily affects submandubular lymph nodes.which manifests(preliminary) as swelled up and painful.

No osmf does not affect the submandibular lymph nodes

the first step is to get the scaling (cleaning of teeth and gums) done and stop any kind of tobacco products....only then any medication will work. Early detection can be cured completely using lycopene....triamcinolone corticosteroid ointment...as per the prescribed dose by the dentist. Some mouth exercises also you need to do so that the mouth opening increases

unless the scaling is done and tobacco consumption in any form is completely stopped....it will not be cured. And even if you go by the advice and the treatment sincerely...it will take a couple of months to get completely resolved not instantly
