  4. Bruised ovaries. I would wear a condom?

My girlfriend said that she has a condition that her ovaries get bruised when having sex WITHOUT a condom. Where it messes up her hips and her back. Is this a real thing, because of course I don't want to cause her pain. Or is it just something she made up so that I would wear a condom?

It's nothing bout ovaries, there may be inflammation of vulva or vagina after coition or sex, it can be treated by medicines..
