  4. Bruise or ulcer on lip. Should i do?

Bruise or ulcer on lip
An ulcer like lesion is on my lip. Before 2 days it started and it's bleeding when pressed. No fever or anything is there. Just that ulcer like thing on lip. Please suggest what should I do?
